About
Language is neat!
Or it should be. However you define the word, I’m fascinated by creating tones of voice across varied industries, whether that’s clipped copy for the corporate sector or playful prose for the ad exec.
With a career including book publicity at Little, Brown Book Group; being part of WeWork’s Public Affairs team; then managing the comms for award-winning and record-breaking startup, Mous, I have a clear background in storytelling. I’ve worked closely with authors and senior stakeholders on PR strategy, style guides or wider company comms besides. Throughout my career I have worked closely with marketing teams and, latterly, to ensure data testing and SEO help inform messaging, striking a balance between the three: what sounds best (to whom); what works best (in which way); and which are the effective keywords (and where)?
A logophile with experience ghost writing for C-suites, speech writing and content writing, I am never happier than when problem solving with words.
I have a 2:1 BA Hons in English & American Literature from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and A-Levels in English Literature, French and Spanish.
